Twin Imaging Technology helps DreamWorks Animation, SKG to quickly access critical accounting and legal documents.

DreamWorks Animation, SKG, located in Glendale, California, needed a more quick and efficient way to access and review information from hard copy accounting spreadsheets and legal contracts – Scanning these documents was the answer. Twin Imaging helped DreamWorks eliminate over 35 feet of shelf space containing over 130 binders of accounting and legal documents that were continually used for reference. The hard copy documents were converted to PDF files for ease of retrieval and viewing over DreamWorks company intranet. In addition to the file conversion, Twin Imaging implemented a simple Enterprise Content Management solution to search and retrieve the PDF files.
